Filet Sun to the Miller

My favorite fish recipe with mushroom and lemon sauce from when I was a child. The key to success is to use canned mushrooms! Try it, this fish recipe will delight even the kids.

  • 3 white fish fillets, 300 grams each
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 canned mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 limes
  • cow's milk
  • flour
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch dill
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • The fish is soaked in milk with salt and then coated in flour and fried in a large pan with hot oil. They are arranged in a baking dish.
  • Separately, the sauce is prepared by melting the butter and adding the flour until it cooks, about 2 minutes. Add the mushroom juice while whisking, add salt and dill, and finally the lemon juice. To serve, pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with parsley.
