My favorite fish recipe with mushroom and lemon sauce from when I was a child. The key to success is to use canned mushrooms! Try it, this fish recipe will delight even the kids.
The fish is soaked in milk with salt and then coated in flour and fried in a large pan with hot oil. They are arranged in a baking dish.
Separately, the sauce is prepared by melting the butter and adding the flour until it cooks, about 2 minutes. Add the mushroom juice while whisking, add salt and dill, and finally the lemon juice. To serve, pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with parsley.
