4 golden fish, (oriental, sierra, etc)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/4 cups basil
1/4 cups kalamata olive
4 tablespoons capers

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and with a wooden spoon, crush the tomatoes while they cook until they start to boil.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
Place the fish fillets in the tomato sauce, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
With a spatula, transfer the fish to a warm serving dish.
Add the basil, olives, and capers to the tomatoes and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
