Fish à la Mikuzka

Delicious white fish that you can prepare during Lent, marinated with a special white wine and dill sauce, along with the unique touch of mikuzka sauce.

  • 4 white fish fillets, type basa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 bunch arugula, fresh
  • extra virgin olive oils, Bertolli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 glasses white wine
  • 1/4 onions, sliced into wedges
  • 10 teaspoons mikuzka sauce

  • In a bowl, place the white wine, chopped dill leaves, and arugula without stems. Add a finely chopped clove of garlic and the onion wedges.
  • Finally, add the olive oil, mikuzka sauce, and mix well. Immerse the fish fillets and let them marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Lastly, add salt and cook everything on low heat in a well-covered pot. Enjoy!
