1 1/2 kilos saw fish, or snook cut into 2x2 cm squares
8 cups water
2 limes, squeezed
4 orange juice, fresh
1 onion, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, guajillo, finely chopped
leaves fresh cilantro, finely chopped
8 lettuce, washed and julienned
5 serrano chiles, filleted
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 avocados, cut into small cubes

Cut the fish into small squares and bring the water to a boil.
As soon as the water starts to boil, add the fish and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the fish immediately and let it cool.
Place the fish in a bowl and pour in the lemon and orange juice.
Let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a bowl, mix the onion with the tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, chiles, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the fish with half of the juice it was marinated in.
Mix all the ingredients and serve in large spoons on a platter as a snack.
