Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
500 grams white fish, bone-free
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons parsley , finely chopped
2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cups low-fat milk
2 eggs
50 grams flour
1 cup bread, ground
salt
pepper

Cook the fish in a container and shred it with a fork, add the onion, garlic, parsley, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Olive and add the flour while stirring, gradually pour in the milk until achieving a thick mixture.
Add the fish to this mixture and keep stirring.
Form croquettes with the mixture, set aside.
Beat the eggs and pass the balls through the flour, then through the beaten egg, and finally through the bread crumbs.
