Fish Croquettes

  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 500 grams white fish, bone-free
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley , finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 cup bread, ground
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cook the fish in a container and shred it with a fork, add the onion, garlic, parsley, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Olive and add the flour while stirring, gradually pour in the milk until achieving a thick mixture.
  • Add the fish to this mixture and keep stirring.
  • Form croquettes with the mixture, set aside.
  • Beat the eggs and pass the balls through the flour, then through the beaten egg, and finally through the bread crumbs.
