4 fish fillets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , light
1/2 onions, sliced
2 avocados
1 cup cow's milk
dry chicken broth or bouillon

Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and a few drops of soy sauce and set aside.
In the blender, mix the avocados, pepper to taste, a teaspoon of chicken broth, and the cup of milk to obtain the avocado sauce.
Fry the fillets in butter for 7 to 8 minutes.
Add the onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve the fillet, a little bit of onion on top, and finally the sauce.
