Fish Fillet in Avocado Sauce

This recipe for fish fillet in avocado sauce is excellent for either a routine dinner or entertaining guests.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , light
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • dry chicken broth or bouillon

  • Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and a few drops of soy sauce and set aside.
  • In the blender, mix the avocados, pepper to taste, a teaspoon of chicken broth, and the cup of milk to obtain the avocado sauce.
  • Fry the fillets in butter for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Add the onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve the fillet, a little bit of onion on top, and finally the sauce.
