Fish Fillet in Foil

Baked fish fillet wrapped in foil with red onion and carrot, served with cream cheese sauce.

  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • pepper , to taste
  • whole-wheat pasta, FILLING
  • 6 golden fish
  • 1 red onion, filleted
  • 2 carrots, grated

  • BLEND the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. CUT 6 rectangles of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the fish.
  • FORM a bed with onion and carrot in each aluminum foil. SEASON the fish fillets and place them on the bed of vegetables.
  • DRIZZLE with a portion of the sauce, ensuring it doesn't reach the edges to prevent spilling. FORM a packet by folding the foil in half and sealing all the edges.
  • PLACE on a baking tray and cook at 180°C in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
