Fish Fillet with Citrus Ginger Sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  • Remove the pyrex with the fish from the refrigerator and add 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Bake until the fillets are tender and cooked, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
  • Meanwhile, place the rest of the juice mixture in a pot over high heat and reduce by half.
