Fish in Cream

This is a simple way to prepare a delicious fish stew, coated in a creamy sauce made from bell pepper and topped with cheese. It’s a recipe you can share with everyone at home. Serve it with some white rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.

  • 1 kilo fish fillet
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • 6 slices yellow cheese , strips
  • salt and pepper

  • Wash the fish and place it in a butter-greased baking dish.
  • Blend cream, drained bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • With this sauce, coat the fish, and top it with strips of yellow cheese.
  • If there is leftover fish, make a second layer the same, finishing with sauce and yellow cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
