This is a simple way to prepare a delicious fish stew, coated in a creamy sauce made from bell pepper and topped with cheese. It’s a recipe you can share with everyone at home. Serve it with some white rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.

1 kilo fish fillet
1 1/2 cups cream
1 can bell pepper
6 slices yellow cheese , strips
salt and pepper

Wash the fish and place it in a butter-greased baking dish.
Blend cream, drained bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
With this sauce, coat the fish, and top it with strips of yellow cheese.
If there is leftover fish, make a second layer the same, finishing with sauce and yellow cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
