Fish with Amaranth and Honey

A different alternative, amaranth and honey fish is nutritious and delicious to eat.

  • 7 fish fillets, of your preference

  • 300 grams amaranth, with honey

  • Preheat to 140°C.
  • Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Then dip in the beaten egg with milk.
  • Coat with amaranth and honey. Place the fillets on a baking tray previously greased with cooking spray or oil.
  • Bake the fillets in the oven for 20 minutes.
