7 fish fillets, of your preference
salt and pepper
1 egg
1 tablespoon cow's milk
300 grams amaranth, with honey

Preheat to 140°C.
Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
Then dip in the beaten egg with milk.
Coat with amaranth and honey. Place the fillets on a baking tray previously greased with cooking spray or oil.
Bake the fillets in the oven for 20 minutes.
