2 white fish fillets
1 tablespoon peperoncino
salt , to taste
1/2 sticks unsalted butter
lemons, to taste
pepper, to taste

Heat the pan and add the butter until it melts (on low heat so the butter doesn’t burn).
Season the fillets with salt and pepper and squeeze some lemon juice on them.
Add the fillets to the pan and wait until they are cooked.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle peperoncino to taste.
