Fish with Peperoncino

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon peperoncino
  • salt , to taste
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • lemons, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Heat the pan and add the butter until it melts (on low heat so the butter doesn’t burn).
  • Season the fillets with salt and pepper and squeeze some lemon juice on them.
  • Add the fillets to the pan and wait until they are cooked.
