Nopales contain a large amount of dietary fiber and fish is rich in omega-3. Fish Wrapped with Nopal Salad is not only healthy but also very easy to prepare and an excellent option for the Easter season.
To prepare the salad, chop the tomatoes, onion, nopales, and cilantro, mix and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Season the fillets and place them on a piece of aluminum foil twice the size of the fillet, as it needs to be enough to wrap it later. Add 1/4 teaspoon of butter, 1/4 portion of the nopal salad, and on the last layer, add Oaxaca cheese and panela to taste. Wrap the fillets with the aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped fillets in a steamer and cook for 4 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
