  • 1 cup mustard, for basting the fish
  • 1/4 cups honey, for basting the fish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, for basting the fish
  • salt, for basting the fish
  • pepper, for basting the fish
  • Capullo® 100% pure canola oil
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, in strips
  • 3/4 cups red onion, in strips
  • salt
  • 4 lemons, in slices
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • white rice

  • In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside.
  • Pour a little Aceite Capullo 100% pure canola® oil on a piece of parchment paper. Add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and salt. Place the fish on top and baste with the mustard and honey mixture. Close the packet and place it on a baking tray.
  • Bake the fish in foil for 20 minutes or until fully cooked and serve with white rice.
