First, we will put the 4 cooked and peeled tomatoes in the blender, along with the mustard, ketchup, and the 3 lemons. We blend until a paste forms.
Next, we cut 4 pieces of wax paper, add 5 drops of olive oil, and spread it all over the paper with clean hands. We place the fish with a tablespoon of carrots, one of corn, and one of peas, fold the paper, and twist the edges. We repeat the procedure with the 4 fish fillets.
We place it in the oven at 175° C for 15 minutes. We take out the fish, open it, and add a tablespoon of the tomato paste.
