Fish Wrapped with Vegetables

This fish wrapped with vegetables has everything you could ask for in a dish as it has protein, plenty of vegetables, and exquisite flavor to accompany it.

  • oil , for brushing the paper
  • 4 white fish fillets, like Bass
  • 3 tomatoes, seedless, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into 4
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 8 black olives, slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Brush the parchment paper with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper
  • Place each fillet on the paper. Add to each fillet: sliced olives, 1/4 tablespoon of butter, a little of each pepper, a little tomato, a little red onion, and a sprig of thyme.
  • Fold the packets carefully to ensure they are well sealed.
  • Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
