Peanut Fish

We present to you a delicious and nutritious recipe, where the fish is the star and the peanut is its companion.

  • 1 Knorr® my recipes baked garlic and onion
  • 600 grams fish fillet , of approximately 120 g each
  • 1 cup peanuts, skinless and unsalted
  • 3/4 cups light milk
  • 1 potato , washed and disinfected, with skin and cut into eight pieces
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Take the bag out of the packaging, open it and set aside the band. Place the fish fillets and potato inside the bag.
  • Blend the peanut perfectly with water and milk, pour it into the bag. Mix thoroughly.
  • Place the bag on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
