4 red snapper fillets
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 ancho chile, seedless
2 guajillo chiles, seedless
1 cup vegetable oil
oregano
Preparation

Sauté the garlic and onion in a little oil, add the chiles and tomato.
Add a cup of water and the oregano; season with salt and pepper.
Blend the sauté and let it cool.
Coat the fillets and place them in a bag.
Let marinate overnight.
Place the fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
