We present you with a delicious, simple, and very healthy way to cook fish. It is a delicious salt-baked fish, cooked in the oven on a bed of salt. You won't believe how tasty it is and how easy it is to prepare.
For the salt-baked fish: take the cleaned fish without entrails and stuff it with thyme and rosemary through the stomach. Place a 1 cm thick layer of salt on a baking tray. Place the fish on top of the salt and cover it with more salt until it is completely covered.
Put the tray in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
For the mustard sauce: add sour cream to a bowl and mix in the mustard. Add salt and pepper, mix well, and set aside.
Remove the baking tray from the oven, carefully break the salt crust, and remove the skin to reveal the fish. Cut off the head of the fish and serve immediately.
Serve with mustard sauce.
