  • place the fish fillets on aluminum foil
  • cut the tomato into cubes and place them on top of the fish
  • chop the spinach and place it on top of the fish and the tomato
  • add salt, pepper, and olive oil
  • seal the fish with the aluminum foil
  • put the wrapped fish in the oven for 20 minutes
  • let it cool for 5 minutes and ready to eat
