2 white fish fillets
1/2 cups tomato
1/2 cups spinach
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pinch coarse salt
1 pinch black pepper powder

preheat the oven to 180
place the fish fillets on aluminum foil
cut the tomato into cubes and place them on top of the fish
chop the spinach and place it on top of the fish and the tomato
add salt, pepper, and olive oil
seal the fish with the aluminum foil
put the wrapped fish in the oven for 20 minutes
let it cool for 5 minutes and ready to eat
