2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
sparkling water
4 fish fillets, sierra
2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 cups pink shrimp
2 cups cabbage, cut into strips
1 avocado, in slices
1 tomato, sliced
4 limes
hot sauce
mayonnaise

In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pepper, stirring until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil.
Dip the fish in the flour mixture, fry in oil, and place on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
Serve the fish fillets, add shrimp, cabbage, avocado, tomato, and accompany with hot sauce, lemon, and mayonnaise.
