2 white fish fillets
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cups lemon juice
Preparation

Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Then brush the fillets with lemon, season with salt and pepper, and then coat them in flour.
Dip the fillets in egg and then back into the flour.
Once they are well coated in flour, heat the pan with olive oil and when the oil is hot, add the fillets.
Wait until one side is nicely browned, then flip it and serve.
