Battered Fish Fillet

Children love a battered fish fillet and the best part is that you can enjoy it too.

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • Then brush the fillets with lemon, season with salt and pepper, and then coat them in flour.
  • Dip the fillets in egg and then back into the flour.
  • Once they are well coated in flour, heat the pan with olive oil and when the oil is hot, add the fillets.
  • Wait until one side is nicely browned, then flip it and serve.
