The recipe for ceviche to my taste is a combination of fish and vegetables with a touch of soy sauce.

1/4 cups soy
1/2 cups white wine
2 cups vegetables
1/4 cups rice vinegar
1/2 cups olive oil
12 rice paper
1 kilo fish fillet

The fillet is washed and marinated with vinegar, oil, and soy sauce is added.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Dust a baking tray with oil, place the fish wrapped in rice paper along with the vegetables.
Add the wine, the beaten egg, and put it on top to create a crust.
After it is baked for 12 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, serve immediately, and accompany with white wine.
