Ceviche To My Taste

The recipe for ceviche to my taste is a combination of fish and vegetables with a touch of soy sauce.

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 cups vegetables
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 12 rice paper
  • 1 kilo fish fillet

  • The fillet is washed and marinated with vinegar, oil, and soy sauce is added.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  • Dust a baking tray with oil, place the fish wrapped in rice paper along with the vegetables.
  • Add the wine, the beaten egg, and put it on top to create a crust.
  • After it is baked for 12 minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven, serve immediately, and accompany with white wine.
