Delicious Fried Fish

A delicious and budget-friendly recipe that your whole family will love. It is very simple to prepare and you can serve it with some rice and salad.

  • 1 mojarra fish, clean
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 cloves garlic

  • Crush the garlic with a little oil, add salt and pepper.
  • Rub the fish with this garlic mixture. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
  • Flour the fish and fry it in a pan with hot oil. Approximately 4 minutes on each side. Drain the fish on paper towels to remove excess fat.
