1 mojarra fish, clean
1/4 cups vegetable oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cups flour
4 cloves garlic

Crush the garlic with a little oil, add salt and pepper.
Rub the fish with this garlic mixture. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
Flour the fish and fry it in a pan with hot oil. Approximately 4 minutes on each side. Drain the fish on paper towels to remove excess fat.
