1/2 cups orange juice
pepper, to taste
2 cloves garlic
onions
1 pinch basil
1 pinch thyme
salt , to taste
1/4 cups white vinegar, or apple
fresh cilantro
pineapples, in cubes
3 fish fillets

Blend the achiote, chiles, orange juice, pepper, garlic, onion, basil, thyme, salt, and vinegar.
Strain and marinate the fish for 1 hour.
Place everything in a pan. Let the fish cook, and at the end, shred it.
Serve with pineapple and cilantro.
