4 Libanius® pita bread
1 cup Romaine lettuce, in strips
1 cup Hummus Libanius®, of bell pepper and dried basil
4 red snapper fillets
fresh cilantro, dried
peperoncino
2 teaspoons chard
1/2 yellow bell peppers
3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

Season the fish fillets, previously washed, with salt and pepper.
Chop the bell pepper and onion
Toast the Arabic bread and season the fish fillets with cilantro and peperoncino to taste.
Once the Arabic bread is toasted, fry the onion and bell pepper in olive oil, then add the fish fillets.
Spread the hummus on the toast, add the shredded fish, and finally top with lettuce and a bit of lemon juice to taste.
