Fish Arabic Toast

  • 4 Libanius® pita bread
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, in strips
  • 1 cup Hummus Libanius®, of bell pepper and dried basil
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • fresh cilantro, dried
  • peperoncino
  • 2 teaspoons chard
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

  • Season the fish fillets, previously washed, with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the bell pepper and onion
  • Toast the Arabic bread and season the fish fillets with cilantro and peperoncino to taste.
  • Once the Arabic bread is toasted, fry the onion and bell pepper in olive oil, then add the fish fillets.
  • Spread the hummus on the toast, add the shredded fish, and finally top with lettuce and a bit of lemon juice to taste.
