Fish Burgers with Cheese

These fish burgers are perfect for any occasion, make them and treat all your guests to a fish burger.

  • 500 grams fish, type mackerel
  • 4 units burger bun
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups pickles
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

  • Chop the fish very finely with a knife and make 4 balls.
  • Flatten the balls, dip them in egg, and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
  • In a pan with oil, fry them until they are golden brown.
  • Add a slice of cheese on the bun and place the breaded fish on top.
  • Finally, chop the pickles and mix them with the mayonnaise. Add this dip on top of the breaded fish and put the lid on the burger.
