These fish burgers are perfect for any occasion, make them and treat all your guests to a fish burger.

500 grams fish, type mackerel
4 units burger bun
4 slices American cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cups pickles
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs

Chop the fish very finely with a knife and make 4 balls.
Flatten the balls, dip them in egg, and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
In a pan with oil, fry them until they are golden brown.
Add a slice of cheese on the bun and place the breaded fish on top.
Finally, chop the pickles and mix them with the mayonnaise. Add this dip on top of the breaded fish and put the lid on the burger.
