Fish with Plantain

Delicious fish filled with seasoning and a majestic sweet touch of plantain and peas, placed on a bed of potatoes, perfect for a family meal.

  • 2 fish fillets , with skin
  • 5 potatoes, large
  • 1/4 cans pea
  • 1 plantain , ripe
  • 200 red onions
  • 200 grams celery
  • 1 garlic, clove
  • 100 grams fresh cilantro
  • 50 milliliters soy sauce
  • 2 olive oil

  • Chop the onion, cilantro, celery, and garlic.
  • Heat a pot with olive oil and add the chopped ingredients. Let it brown and place a pot with 1L of water and salt to taste after removing the previously fried ingredients.
  • Mix the sazón, that is, what we just sautéed in a container, with the soy sauce and use it as a filling and coating for the fish. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the potatoes into thin, large leaves. Boil them in the pot with water over medium heat and add the fish after 10 minutes.
  • Cut the plantain into julienne strips and cover the fish with the plantain peel.
  • Add the peas and let it dry (checking that the fish is cooked).
