Heat a pot with olive oil and add the chopped ingredients. Let it brown and place a pot with 1L of water and salt to taste after removing the previously fried ingredients.
Mix the sazón, that is, what we just sautéed in a container, with the soy sauce and use it as a filling and coating for the fish. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Slice the potatoes into thin, large leaves. Boil them in the pot with water over medium heat and add the fish after 10 minutes.
Cut the plantain into julienne strips and cover the fish with the plantain peel.
Add the peas and let it dry (checking that the fish is cooked).
