Fish with Three Cheeses

This fish will have a smooth and delicious flavor with the three cheese sauce.

  • 250 grams goat cheese
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 4 fish fillets, about 150 grams each
  • 10 grams cornstarch
  • 10 grams butter
  • 1/2 liters fish broth, or salted water
  • vegetable, steamed mixed vegetables for garnish

  • 30 milliliters cow's milk

  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and brown them until cooked on both sides.
  • Blend the three cheeses with a little milk, in a saucepan melt the butter and add the flour, when it is golden add the fish stock or water, once it starts to boil, add the cheese and mix the two very well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and keep it warm, it should not boil, as it will form a skin.
  • Serve over freshly cooked fish and accompany with steamed vegetables.
