Fried Fish Fillet for Lent

For this Lent, fish is at its peak; this breaded fillet is a great option, and kids will love it. With ketchup or sour cream or mayonnaise as a dip.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • oil , the necessary
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Heat the oil until it's suitable for frying.
  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with salt. In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and a little pepper.
  • Place each fish fillet in the egg batter, then place it in the bowl with the breadcrumbs and coat them well. Press down so the breadcrumbs stick.
  • Fry each fish fillet for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides.
