For this Lent, fish is at its peak; this breaded fillet is a great option, and kids will love it. With ketchup or sour cream or mayonnaise as a dip.

4 fish fillets
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cups cow's milk
oil , the necessary
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Heat the oil until it's suitable for frying.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with salt. In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and a little pepper.
Place each fish fillet in the egg batter, then place it in the bowl with the breadcrumbs and coat them well. Press down so the breadcrumbs stick.
Fry each fish fillet for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides.
