Garlic Fish

Quick and healthy fish with a touch of garlic. You can make it for a special event or a family gathering.

  • 4 tilapia fish
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pasilla chiles
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Season the fillets with a little salt, pepper, and set aside.
  • Chop the garlic and place it with the oil in a saucepan.
  • Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  • Remove the stems from the pasilla chiles and eliminate the seeds, cut into thin rings and mix with the garlic.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes and add the fillets.
  • Cover the container and cook for about 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
  • Flip the fillets and let them cook for 2 more minutes over medium heat.
