4 tilapia fish
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pasilla chiles
salt, and pepper to taste

Season the fillets with a little salt, pepper, and set aside.
Chop the garlic and place it with the oil in a saucepan.
Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the stems from the pasilla chiles and eliminate the seeds, cut into thin rings and mix with the garlic.
Cook for 2 more minutes and add the fillets.
Cover the container and cook for about 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
Flip the fillets and let them cook for 2 more minutes over medium heat.
