  • 1 pineapple, sweet
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • olive oil

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • Peel the pineapple and cut it into 2 cm slices, brush the pineapple with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  • Grill or preheat the oven to 180C and place aluminum foil on a baking sheet, then place the pineapple slices on top. Brown for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping when ready on each side.
  • Mix the honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the other tablespoon of sesame oil and brown the fish on both sides.
  • Place 3 slices of pineapple on the plate, top with 1 fish fillet, and drizzle a bit of the mustard dressing.
