Grilled Fish Fillet with Pineapple is a super attractive way to present your fish fillets. The grilled pineapple adds a delicious touch to the fish that perfectly complements it.
Peel the pineapple and cut it into 2 cm slices, brush the pineapple with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Grill or preheat the oven to 180C and place aluminum foil on a baking sheet, then place the pineapple slices on top. Brown for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping when ready on each side.
Mix the honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the other tablespoon of sesame oil and brown the fish on both sides.
Place 3 slices of pineapple on the plate, top with 1 fish fillet, and drizzle a bit of the mustard dressing.
