Grilled Fillets

You will love this grilled fillet recipe; the flavor of the dressing is fantastic.

  • 1 cube Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 fish fillets, 130 g each
  • 2 lime juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, made into paste, crushed

  • Mix the Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon cube with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Dressing and the garlic to form a paste.
  • Spread the fish fillets and let them marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Grill the fillets in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cooking for 5 minutes on each side or until the desired color is achieved.
