1 cube Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 fish fillets, 130 g each
2 lime juice
1 pinch black pepper
1 clove garlic, made into paste, crushed

Mix the Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon cube with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Dressing and the garlic to form a paste.
Spread the fish fillets and let them marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill the fillets in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cooking for 5 minutes on each side or until the desired color is achieved.
