90 grams white fish fillet
2 limes
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
pinches salt
black pepper
parsley, chopped

Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and add fish fillets.
In a bowl, mix capers, mustard, and the juice of two limes.
Once fish turns brown on both sides, add capers mixture. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Sprinkle with a bit of parsley.
