Orange Fish

Delicious and fresh orange fish, this recipe is made with red snapper but you can prepare it with any white fish.

  • 7 red snapper fillets
  • 1/2 onions, slice
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 olives
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Spread salt, pepper, and lemon on the fish.
  • In a baking dish, pour half of the oil.
  • Place the fillets spread out and put the slices of onion and tomato on top.
  • Add the rest of the oil and place in a hot oven (200 ºC).
  • After a while, baste the fillets with the orange juice and finally the olives.
