  • 2 tablespoons salsa, coastal, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low-fat, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper, for the sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups white wine, for the sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 stick cinnamon, for the sauce
  • 1/2 sticks butter, for the sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 red snapper, 2 kilos
  • 1/2 onions, sliced

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside. Wash the fish thoroughly and dry it with a clean cloth or paper towels.
  • Spread the sauce on both sides of the fish, place a bed of onion on a rack, the fish, then another layer of onion on top, and cook directly on the grill. Turn the rack every 3 minutes to prevent the fish from drying out.
