5 fish fillets
1 cup cucumber, in cubes
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
15 lemons
1/2 onions
2 grams salt
2 grams pepper
3 serrano chiles

Clean the fish fillets and cut them into cubes.
Squeeze the limes and pour the juice into the container where the aguachile will be made.
Let the fish cubes rest for 10 minutes in the lime.
In the blender, put some of the cucumber cubes, cilantro, serrano chili, and the lime juice from the fish cubes.
Add the mixture to the fish cubes along with the remaining cucumber cubes and sliced onion.
Let rest for 20 minutes and serve cold.
