Fresh Fish Aguachile

  • 5 fish fillets
  • 1 cup cucumber, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 15 lemons
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams pepper
  • 3 serrano chiles

  • Clean the fish fillets and cut them into cubes.
  • Squeeze the limes and pour the juice into the container where the aguachile will be made.
  • Let the fish cubes rest for 10 minutes in the lime.
  • In the blender, put some of the cucumber cubes, cilantro, serrano chili, and the lime juice from the fish cubes.
  • Add the mixture to the fish cubes along with the remaining cucumber cubes and sliced onion.
  • Let rest for 20 minutes and serve cold.
