  • 500 grams tuna
  • 12 tostadas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 limes, its juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • Chop the garlic and ginger and brown them in oil
  • Take off the heat and add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame seeds.
  • Cut the tuna into 1 cm cubes. and bathe them with the sauce.
  • Serve the tuna on toast before serving.
