Delicious and fresh tuna toast in soy sauce, with a little ginger and lemon. These tuna tostadas are a delight and a perfect option as a starter. Prepare them in the hot season or when you have a craving for something fresh and delicious.

500 grams tuna
12 tostadas
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 limes, its juice
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Chop the garlic and ginger and brown them in oil
Take off the heat and add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame seeds.
Cut the tuna into 1 cm cubes. and bathe them with the sauce.
Serve the tuna on toast before serving.
