Fresh Tuna Tostadas

Rich and fresh tuna tostadas with a little poblano chili and accompanied by a rich mix of flavors.

  • 18 tostadas
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 potato, large, cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined and sliced

  • Season the onion and add the tomato, chilies, cilantro and potatoes.
  • When the vegetables are soft add the tuna and season with salt.
  • Let cook for five minutes and sprinkle on the sesame.
