2 cans tuna, drained
1 potato, large, cooked and diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
5 sprigs fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected and chopped
salt
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined and sliced

Season the onion and add the tomato, chilies, cilantro and potatoes.
When the vegetables are soft add the tuna and season with salt.
Let cook for five minutes and sprinkle on the sesame.
