750 grams octopus, cooked
2 tablespoons paprika
2 cloves garlic
4 potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper

In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of olive oil.
Slice the garlic thinly and sauté the garlic.
Add the octopus and wait for it to brown lightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Boil and slice the potatoes into slightly thick rounds.
Serve on plates with a bed of potatoes and place the octopus on top.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve with delicious bread.
