  • 750 grams octopus, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Slice the garlic thinly and sauté the garlic.
  • Add the octopus and wait for it to brown lightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Boil and slice the potatoes into slightly thick rounds.
  • Serve on plates with a bed of potatoes and place the octopus on top.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and serve with delicious bread.
