Garlic Butter Shrimp

Garlic butter shrimp, delicious and easy to make. They are super simple to prepare, and the flavor of garlic, lemon, and butter combined with the shrimp will create an unmatched dish. It's perfect to make during Lent or simply on a day when you're craving seafood.

  • 1/2 kilos large shrimp
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 limes, juice it
  • 50 grams butter

  • We wash the shrimp well and devein them; on the other hand, we squeeze the lemons, peel the garlic cloves, chop them, and put them in the blender. We add the lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of water and blend. In a bowl, we place the shrimp and pour in what we blended.
  • We place a large skillet on the stove, and when it's hot, we add the butter. Once melted, we pour in the shrimp and cook over medium heat until completely dry.
  • When it's well dried, we serve on separate plates, accompanied by slices of tomatoes, onion, and refried beans.
