  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder , for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil , for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice , for marinating
  • salt and pepper
  • 7 garlic, in slices
  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • parsley , finely chopped, for garnish
  • salad, for garnish

  • Mix the garlic powder, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Spread the fish fillets on a tray and coat with the previous mixture on both sides. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the oil, and add the garlic slices. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fish and cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve the garlic mojo fish and accompany with salad.
