Garlic Rice with Fish

This garlic rice with fish is a delicious and complete dish. The dried guajillo pepper adds a unique touch and complements the fish in an unmatched way. Best of all is the practicality and ease with which you can prepare it.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® spring rice
  • 1 3/4 cups water 1 3/4 cups water

  • 2 dried guajillo chiles, deveined and seedless

  • Cut the fish into medium cubes and the chili into thin strips.
  • In a rice cooker, heat the oil and seal the fish, cooking it for a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and chili, and cook while stirring constantly for three minutes. Season with Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour in the water and add the contents of the Knorr® Spring Rice package, mixing well. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then lower the flame, cover, and cook for 10 more minutes, until the water has completely evaporated. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
