Cut the fish into medium cubes and the chili into thin strips.
In a rice cooker, heat the oil and seal the fish, cooking it for a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and chili, and cook while stirring constantly for three minutes. Season with Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Pour in the water and add the contents of the Knorr® Spring Rice package, mixing well. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then lower the flame, cover, and cook for 10 more minutes, until the water has completely evaporated. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
