Green Aguachile

  • 500 grams shrimp
  • 1/2 kilos lemon
  • 2 Habanero chiles
  • 4 green chiles
  • 1/2 bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 red onion

  • Peel, cut in half, and wash the shrimp.
  • Squeeze half a kilo of lime over the shrimp and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Then pour the shrimp juice into a blender to grind it with the bell pepper, habaneros, green chiles, and ajinomoto.
  • Chop the onion, cucumber, and green chile into strips and mix everything in a bowl. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Serve.
