2 Habanero chiles
4 green chiles
1/2 bell peppers
1 teaspoon ajinomoto
3 cucumbers
1 red onion

Peel, cut in half, and wash the shrimp.
Squeeze half a kilo of lime over the shrimp and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then pour the shrimp juice into a blender to grind it with the bell pepper, habaneros, green chiles, and ajinomoto.
Chop the onion, cucumber, and green chile into strips and mix everything in a bowl. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Serve.
