500 grams shrimp, cheap or fish
4 tomatillos
1 red onion
3 serrano chiles
1 can pitted olives
1 Avocados from México, diced
1 bunch fresh cilantro
6 limes, (its juice)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix all the ingredients that were chopped.
Add olive oil.
Blend the coriander (without the tail) with a little water.
Stir the lemon juice with the coriander and add to the mixture.
