Green Fish or Shrimp Ceviche

Green fish or shrimp ceviche recipe. Fresh, easy and fine seasoned with a green sauce.

  • 500 grams shrimp, cheap or fish
  • 4 tomatillos
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1 can pitted olives
  • 1 Avocados from México, diced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 6 limes, (its juice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Mix all the ingredients that were chopped.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Blend the coriander (without the tail) with a little water.
  • Stir the lemon juice with the coriander and add to the mixture.
