Green Tuna Aguachile

Prepare this green aguachile with fresh tuna based on cucumber, lime, and the spicy touch of serrano chili that will make your mouth water. This dish mixed with chunks of cucumber, serrano chili, and red onion will be the perfect combination for you to prepare a tostada.

  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cucumbers, seedless and cut into cubes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups serrano chile, in slices
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package Dolores® yellowfin tuna cubes
  • 1 radish, sliced, for decoration
  • 1 avocado, cut into slices, for decoration
  • cucumber, in rolls for decoration
  • tostadas, to accompany

  • Blend the lime juice, serrano chili, cilantro, cucumber, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the onion with the cucumber and serrano chili, add the Aguachile and season with salt to your taste. Mix in the Dolores® Yellowfin Tuna Cubes with the previous preparation, serve, and garnish with radish, avocado, and cucumber. Accompany with tostadas.
