  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 red snapper, or snapper, opened in butterfly style

  • In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, melted butter, garlic, and white wine, set aside.
