Grilled Salmon in Spicy Red Fruit Sauce

  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 4 salmon, fillet
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 3 chipotle chiles, ground
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped

  • Spray a grill or skillet with 2 shots of PAM® Olive and cook the salmon fillets, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • In the same skillet where we cooked the salmon, spray one more shot of PAM® Olive, add the onion, garlic, chipotle pepper, strawberries, and blackberries, breaking them down, season with chicken broth, and salt and pepper to taste.
