1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 piece onion
1/2 glasses dry white wine
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons tomato , crushed
1/2 teaspoons salt
few pepper

First, place a skillet or a saucepan with olive oil and chopped onion.
Cook over medium heat until the onion is tender and golden.
Once the onion is translucent, add the washed mushrooms and the tomato. Sauté for about 8 minutes.
Once the tomato is fried, pour in the white wine and a splash of water. Season with salt and pepper.
Continue cooking and add the fish fillets. Stir gently so they don’t break, and brown both sides for about 10 minutes each.
Finally, serve hot.
