Melt the butter, add the mustard and honey, and stir well until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Grind or finely chop the almonds, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix these three together.
Grease a suitable-sized baking dish sufficiently with butter so that you can fit the four salmon fillets without leaving any free space. Place the fillets (perfectly thawed) in the baking dish skin side down. Season with salt to taste. With the butter, honey, and mustard mixture, brush a layer of about 3 millimeters on the exposed part of each salmon fillet.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Generously sprinkle the fillets with the almond, breadcrumb, and parsley mixture (3 millimeters)
Place the baking dish in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius. Cook for 25 minutes, or until the breadcrumb and almond topping is toasted.
