85 grams fish, tilapia type
6 chorizos
4 pimentones
120 milliliters broth, or chicken broth
250 grams potato
300 grams pork rinds
2 zucchinis
15 grams fresh cilantro

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Finely chop the chorizo and paprika, deglaze with the chicken broth, and let it reduce.
Grill the Tilapia with the zucchinis, peel the zucchinis, removing the skin, and set aside.
Finish cooking in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the color of the fish.
Plate by laying the zucchini skins as a bed and placing the tilapia on top, then pour the chorizo sauce over it.
